30 Hour Broker Ethics/Agency Tuesday and Thursday Day 9:00-3:00 PM

This 30-hour Ethics and Agency course is a required part of the 150-hour pre-licensing education for anyone seeking a New Jersey real estate broker’s license. Whether you are starting your broker education or you have qualified for a waiver of the 90-hour General Real Estate course (such as licensed attorneys or out-of-state brokers), this 30-hour class is mandatory and must be completed.

This course is designed to prepare you for the real-world challenges of operating and managing a real estate brokerage in New Jersey. You'll develop the essential skills and knowledge necessary to navigate ethical dilemmas, manage agency relationships, and comply with state regulations — all critical components of successful brokerage practice.

Even if you are a licensed attorney or hold a broker’s license in another state and qualify for a waiver of the 90-hour General Real Estate course, this 30-hour course remains mandatory.

This course is designed to prepare you for the real-world challenges of managing and leading a real estate brokerage in New Jersey. You’ll build the operational, supervisory, and leadership skills necessary to run an efficient, ethical, and successful brokerage office.
