This 30-hour Office Management and Related Topics course is a required component of the 150-hour pre-licensing education for individuals seeking a New Jersey real estate broker’s license. Even if you are a licensed attorney or hold a broker’s license in another state and qualify for a waiver of the 90-hour General Real Estate course, this 30-hour course remains mandatory.
